If your Oraljet Water Flosser encounters any problems or if for some reason you are unsatisfied, we are here to help. If you need any assistance or questions after reading below you may contact us. 

If you have an Oraljet water flosser you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund. All returns must be shipped to our distributing center at 12318 SW 132nd Ct Unit B-2 Miami, FL 33186. To ensure that the product arrives on time and without incident please let us know that the product is being returned and provide a tracking number with your return. After the return has been confirmed it will take 2 business days for your refund to be fully processed and 3-5 business days for the amount to show in your bank account.
